The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is seeking to hire an Estimator to join our growing team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or have related field equivalent experience (Journeyman Lineman, Journeyman Substation Tech, etc).
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the utility construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Excel, Word, etc) and or Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Adherence to safety standards and regulations.
