About the role: The successful candidate will be efficient, adaptable, and confident handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and working with CAD/PDF drawings. You’ll also bring knowledge of profile cutting and plasma/laser capabilities to analyse documentation and ensure customer specifications are met. What you will be responsible for: Answering phones Providing quotes from drawings (CAD/PDF) Drafting of parts Programming/nesting Entering customer orders Managing customer enquiries Searching for and supplying customer Test Certificates Professional phone manner Strong Attention to detail Estimating and/or Drafting experience.
