On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced Estimator to join a growing construction business. The role involves preparing accurate quotations and tenders, supporting project delivery, and ensuring commercial success across a wide range of projects.

EXPERIENCE WITH TECNAL OR SCHÜCO SYSTEMS IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed costings for labour, materials, transport, and equipment
• Prepare accurate tenders and present bids to clients
• Liaise with project managers, design teams, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits and review project scopes
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and risk assessments
• Deliver quotations to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven Estimator experience in construction, ideally with aluminium systems
• Knowledge of Tecnal or Schüco systems (preferred)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Commercially aware and detail-focused
