JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with proficiency in tools such as Xactimate and Excel. This role requires an individual who can provide accurate estimates for various construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess property damage
• Prepare detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and consultants to negotiate scope and pricing
• Review drawings, reports, and scopes to ensure accuracy
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure estimates reflect the site reality and scope of work
• Maintain proper documentation and photographic records
• Adhere to compliance and industry standards, including IICRC protocols

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Utilize software tools like Xactimate and Excel to create and manage estimates efficiently.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid documents and presenting estimates to clients.
