Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for an Estonian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a vibrant team in Bulgaria, with the benefit of paid relocation. This role is key in providing exceptional service to our Estonian-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Assist Estonian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions about products and services. Provide clear and accurate information, helping customers with account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolutions. Stay updated on the latest promotions, products, and industry trends to inform and assist clients effectively. Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in a technology-related or service-oriented industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care. Aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Proficient with CRM systems and familiar with standard office software applications. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and immerse yourself in a new culture.
