Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a new opportunity for Estonian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Automotive industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automobiles and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their automotive inquiries and ensure they receive the highest level of service in Estonian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and repairs via phone, email, and live chat in Estonian. Provide information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing, as well as assist customers with their purchasing decisions. Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and addressing any service-related inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with service departments to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information. Stay informed about industry trends, automotive products, and company offerings to better serve customers. Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage customer inquiries effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
