This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to support customers in navigating their financial needs and providing comprehensive banking solutions. As a representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction while communicating in Estonian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat in Estonian. Assist customers with account management, transactions, and general banking operations. Provide information on loans, credit cards, and investment options. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and address complex issues. Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information. Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer interaction. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage sensitive financial inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficient in using CRM systems and banking software.
