Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for Estonian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Finance industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and customer service, and who thrive in a dynamic environment. You will assist customers with their financial inquiries, ensuring they receive outstanding service in Estonian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services, including account management and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Estonian. Provide accurate information on banking services, financial regulations, and product features. Assist customers with account issues, including opening new accounts, troubleshooting, and resolving disputes. Document all interactions meticulously in the CRM system, maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about financial trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance to customers. Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in customer service, especially within the finance or banking sector, is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
