Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Estonian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Retail industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and have a strong understanding of retail products and services. As a representative, you will engage with customers in Estonian, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and services through phone, email, and live chat in Estonian. Provide information about product availability, pricing, promotions, and store policies. Assist customers with account management, including order processing, returns, and exchanges. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service and resolve any operational challenges. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the retail sector. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries. Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer service software is desirable.
