This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about social platforms and enjoy helping users navigate their experiences. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Estonian, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive user experience on our social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to social media features, account management, and content guidelines via phone, email, and live chat in Estonian. Assist users with account setup, security concerns, and troubleshooting issues. Provide information on platform features, updates, and community standards. Resolve complaints and feedback efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to improve user experience and address frequent issues. Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates to provide current information to users. Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or technology sector. Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively under pressure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of social media platforms.
