Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Estonian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Estonian to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for the Estonian-speaking community. Key Responsibilities Monitor and moderate social media content in Estonian to ensure adherence to community standards and company policies. Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and messages in Estonian. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company procedures. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to improve content moderation strategies and community engagement. Stay updated with social media trends, policies, and best practices related to content moderation. Fluency in Estonian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred. Strong understanding of social media platforms and moderation policies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and good judgment skills. Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
