POSITION SUMMARY:

The Accounting & Production Analyst, under the direction of the E Street VP, will be primarily responsible for monthly account reconciliations, record keeping, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Appraisal Department.

• Perform reconciliations of check requests
• Perform any other data entry associated with accounts payable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Support other members of the Accounting Office
• Manage and prioritize a region of appraisal orders.
• Maintain workflow efficiency through client LOS.
• Create/maintain reports to track appraisal assignments from order date through final completion.
• Aid clients in tasks associated with the appraisal ordering and management of conditions.
• Perform the role of Appraisal Coordinator, Vendor Management Specialist and QC Coordinators as needed
• Other duties as assigned
