Job Description We are seeking a Classic AUTOSAR Integrator with strong testing expertise to build, integrate, and SWCs and BSW stacks on production ECUs. You will analyze Customer requirements and Ecu Extraction to configure AUTOSAR platforms (RTE/BSW), and lead comprehensive testing strategies to ensure reliable, performant delivery aligned with MISRA, ASPICE, and OEM (GM) standards. AUTOSAR Integration Design, implement, and maintain AUTOSAR SWCs (ports/interfaces, runnables, events), author and manage arxml Configure and generate RTE, integrate SWCs with BSW modules (e.g., DCM/DEM, NvM, SecOC, CSM) Perform ECU integration: configure BSW stacks, communication, and diagnostics Write, debug embedded C/C++ as test application for constrained, real-time ECUs AUTOSAR Testing & Validation Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across all levels: unit testing (SWC/runnable level), integration testing (SWC-BSW interaction), and system testing Develop and maintain automated test suites for AUTOSAR components using frameworks. Perform RTE testing: validate port communication, inter-runnable variables, client-server interfaces, and mode management Execute BSW module testing: verify DCM diagnostic services, DEM event handling, NvM block operations, and communication stack behavior (CAN/LIN/Ethernet) Perform requirement-based testing with full traceability from requirements to test cases and results Execute regression testing on AUTOSAR stack updates, tool-chain changes, and configuration modifications Troubleshoot and debug test failures using JTAG debuggers, logic analyzers, CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocol analyzers, and trace tools Qualifications Educational and Experience Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field At least 3 years of experience at the same role Proven experience with Classic AUTOSAR SWC development, ECU integration, and multi-level testing Have knowledge about embedded C programming and debugging Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR testing methodologies: unit testing, integration testing, and HIL/SIL testing Proficiency with embedded testing tools and frameworks such as Vector tool or Python test framework. Hands-on with AUTOSAR tools (ETAS RTA-CAR) and RTE/BSW configuration Practical knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet (SOME/IP, DoIP); diagnostics (UDS), DCM/DEM, NvM Experience with test management and requirements traceability tools Familiarity with coverage analysis tools and achieving coverage targets per safety standards Experience with hardware debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers) Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Nice to have Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices in embedded software Exposure to service-oriented architectures and SOME/IP service design.
