Deep knowledge and understanding of organization, whole vehicle diagnostics system and end-to-end process of development are required. Runtime Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as: HW product team, software development team, customer stake holders... including developers, testers, and product owners, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the integration and validation phase. Incident and risk Management: Leading the response to critical incidents or outages, coordinating efforts to resolve issues quickly; effectively and identifying potential risks and issues that could impact the progress of the investigation, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing challenges. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Assisting teams in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, providing support and expertise as needed. Overseeing the planning and execution: Investigation of issues raised by customer, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly updating stakeholders on analysis progress, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
