In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: ETC, Key Account Executive, based in Ho Chi Minh City for the business expanding. Within Business Oeprations Deparment, the ETC, Key Account Executive will report ETC, Area Sales Manger . YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Build and develop relationships with the Head of Pharmacy/Hospital Pharmacy, who decides on the package. In charge of preparing quotations & participating in bids and implementation. Ensure that the company's portfolio is included in all tenders and used in the hospital in appropriate quantities. Regularly co-ordinate with Medical Representative to ensure the optimization of the bidding package and product portfolio put into use in the hospital Coordinate with Medical & Marketing teams to have suitable bidding packages for hospitals Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s regional presence. Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Educational background Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Professionnal experience Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with multinational companies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics. Experience as a contractor, have good relationships in areas. Ability to travel within the region as required. Number of working year experience: 3 Number of working years’ experience in the position: 2 Technical masteries (softwares, sales techniques, etc.) Sales Operations. Tender Operations. Business acumen, proactive at work, and team leadership Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Presentation, Word…) Presentation. An interest in artificial intelligence and its application in the workplace is a prerequisite, as we actively encourage its adoption to boost innovation and performance on a daily basis. The Key Account Executive will build and develop relationships with pharmacy and hospital pharmacy heads, prepare quotations, and ensure the company's portfolio is included in tenders. They will also monitor sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
