Be part of a team that powers the ETF market. As an Associate in ETF Servicing Operations, you help clients trade, settle, and launch new ETF products. You’ll collaborate with industry leaders, manage daily operations, and build strong relationships with clients and Authorized Participants. As an Associate in ETF Servicing Operations, you support daily trading and servicing activities for ETF clients, ensuring accurate order management, reconciliation, and timely publication of deliverables. You work closely with clients, Authorized Participants, and internal teams to deliver seamless service and support new product launches. You’ll join a collaborative team that values innovation, client excellence, and continuous improvement. Job responsibilities * Manage ETF order activity and respond to related client queries. * Oversee daily trading operations, including reconciliation of shares and valuation breaks. * Publish key deliverables to external stakeholders on a daily basis. * Participate in industry working groups and initiatives related to ETFs. * Reconcile all ETF and transfer agency deliveries against core controls and procedures. * Engage in discussions with Fund Sponsors launching new ETF products. * Provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Authorized Participants. * Support internal teams with ETF record keeping and capital stock activity.   Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of industry experience. * Quick learner with strong technical and systems knowledge. * Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, managerial, and time management skills. * Ability to work effectively in a global operating environment and matrix organization. * Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties. * Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. * Results-oriented with the ability to sustain a target-driven environment.   Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * ETF industry experience (3 years). * Advanced Excel skills, including VBA. * Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income. * Expertise in ETF cash component processing.   J.P.
