Description

We are building out our successful range of Active ETFs in the US by launching a range of UCITS Active Equity ETFs across the UK and Europe. As the Management Company to the range, TMLSA (Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A.) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ETF Specialist to join our Luxembourg Management Company (ManCo) and AIFM Operations Oversight team. You will bring prior relevant experience in ETF operations, fund oversight, or asset servicing, and will play a key role in supporting the governance and operational integrity of our ETF platform. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operational activities related to Columbia Threadneedle Investments Active ETFs, including NAV oversight, APs and Market Makers interactions, and settlement processes. Monitor service providers (custodians, administrators, transfer agents) to ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements. Support the launch and lifecycle management of ETF and other products, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of board materials, regulatory filings, and operational reporting. Support the teams and the Conducting Officer responsible for operations with the oversight of other products (Irish and Luxembourg UCITS + liquid and illiquid AIFs (real estate, private equity, infrastructure). Contribute to risk assessments and control frameworks specific to UCITS (with a particular focus on ETF)/AIF operations. Liaise with global teams to ensure alignment of UCITS (with a particular focus on ETF)/AIF oversight practices across jurisdictions. Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends impacting ETFs and UCITS/AIF in general, in Luxembourg and the EU. Attend and present to relevant committees/meetings (pricing, valuation, etc.) Support with projects, oversight of other functions and regulatory implementations, as required Qualifications & Experience: Prior experience in UCITS/AIF operations, particularly with ETF, fund administration, or oversight within a financial institution or asset manager. Familiarity with ETF mechanics including creation/redemption, liquidity management, and market making. Strong understanding of Luxembourg and Irish fund structures and regulatory environment (CSSF, CBI, UCITS, AIFMD etc.). Familiarity with liquid and illiquid strategies and applicable operational regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
