Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Ethical Hacker to join a GenAI-focused team with a confidential client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, ensuring the security of advanced AI-driven platforms and enterprise systems. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking • Strong experience with security assessment methodologies, manual testing, and exploitation techniques • Practical exposure to tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Kali Linux, etc. • Experience conducting security assessments across web applications, APIs, mobile apps, cloud environments, and network infrastructure • Familiarity with secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and common vulnerability frameworks • Ability to prepare detailed technical reports, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations • Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CREST, GPEN, or similar (added advantage) Nice to Have: • Experience working with AI/ML systems security • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices • Experience supporting red team/blue team activities About Encora Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
