Business Area (BA) Aeronautics is strengthening its work to promote business ethics and compliance and is now looking for an additional Ethics and Compliance Officer.
Your role
As our Ethics and Compliance Officer you will be responsible for the proper and effective implementation of Saab’s ethics and compliance program within all parts of the organization. The work will be conducted in close cooperation with Group Ethics and Compliance.

The Ethics and Compliance Officer’s main tasks are:

  • Assess BA operations for corruption risks.
  • Lead and monitor the implementation in the BA of relevant group policies and procedures and, where relevant, supplementing local rules and processes.
  • Co-ordinate and support BA responsibilities under the business partner on-boarding process.
  • Be a channel for raising ethics and compliance dilemma or concerns.
  • Conduct and assist with the rollout of ethics and compliance training in the BA organization.
  • Provide daily supportive leadership, guidance and advice to the BA organization regarding ethics and compliance issues.
  • Identify needs and priorities for the continuous development of Saab’s ethics and compliance program.

You will liaise with all parts of Aeronautics as well as with colleagues in other BAs and relevant Group Functions.
The role is located at Aeronautics’ site in Linköping, Sweden, but other locations where the BA has operations may be considered depending on the candidate.
You will report to the Deputy Head of Aeronautics/Chief Operations Officer.
Your profile
The successful candidate probably has a compliance, legal, commercial, marketing, sales or procurement education and experience/background.
The role places high demands on professionalism and integrity. You have a very good knowledge of corruption risks and compliance issues. You are meticulous, analytical and judicious and have good risk awareness. You possess a strong business acumen combined with supportive leadership skills and have experience of working in an international business environment.
You communicate excellently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and can convey information with clarity and confidence in all contexts.
As a person you are positive, committed and without prestige. You appreciate building good relationships and collaborating with colleagues who possess other knowledge and skills.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
