ABOUT THE TEAM:

High ethical standards and a culture of integrity will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was created to guide ethical leadership and decision making; develop, educate, and raise awareness of internal policies; and lead and manage investigations.
Our Ethics Office is looking for an Asia Pacific (APAC) talent with proven results in complex business environments; and a highly skilled and motivated Ethics and Compliance Specialist (Training and Communications) to join our team. This role is essential in developing and delivering compliance training programs and communication strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, instructional design, and communication, with the ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with rich working experience in compliance training, instructional design, and/or corporate communications.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and communication strategies with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders across the business and engage in public speaking.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data in order to solve problems.
  • Have project management skills, with the ability to work independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the tech industry is preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Training Program Development

  • Design, develop, and implement compliance training programs that engage and educate employees across the organization.
  • Create e-learning modules, workshops, and other training materials tailored to different audiences and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect changes in regulations, policies, and best practices.

Communication Strategy

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and timely dissemination of compliance information.
  • Draft and distribute compliance-related communications, including intranet content, policy reminders and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Internal Communication, HR, to customize messaging for different regions and business units.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple compliance training and communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Track and report on the progress and effectiveness of training programs and communication initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure smooth communication with key stakeholders, including Internal Communication, HR, and other business units so as to facilitate the launch of compliance training and communication.
  • Provide support and guidance to key stakeholders on compliance-related queries and training requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and working groups to represent the compliance training and communication function.
