WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:

The Ethics & Compliance Director reports to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and works with the entire Ethics & Compliance team to execute all aspects of TNC’s ethics and compliance program—in particular, in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Micronesia—in support of the Ethics & Compliance Office’s mission to promote a culture of integrity, trust and accountability by engaging staff, properly managing compliance risk and providing staff and partners with a safe reporting method. They will participate in other initiatives as needed to support the objectives of the Ethics & Compliance team.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree in a compliance-related field or professional licensure or certification (e.g., JD, CPA or CFE) a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a large, complex multinational organization.
  • Experience with non-governmental organizations.
  • Experience with mitigating bribery, corruption, fraud and human rights risks.
  • Multicultural or cross-cultural experience.
  • Fluency in other language(s) spoken in the region.
    The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $97,000 - $154,000 . This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate’s location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
