Description
Manage investigation caseload ensuring timely progress and appropriate resolution Conduct both virtual and in-person investigation interviews with employees and other key stakeholders across all organizational levels, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality are maintained throughout the process Draft clear, well-reasoned investigation reports and recommend appropriate countermeasures Communicate countermeasures to the appropriate parties, track progress, and follow up as necessary to ensure timely closure Support other investigators by providing guidance on investigative strategy, interview techniques, and report writing Design and launch creative campaigns to encourage timely training completion (e.g., gamification, contests, recognition programs) Partner with internal communications to develop engaging content and messaging around compliance initiatives Track and report on employee training completion using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and compliance dashboards Manage automated reminders and escalation processes Collaborate internal resources to create or source company-specific training modules to address emerging compliance issues Draft and maintain micro-trainings and scenario-based learning to reinforce key compliance topics Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve compliance initiatives Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field 5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, employee relations, or paralegal roles, with 2+ years of experience conducting people-related and financial investigations Experience working within a large national organization (global and matrixed organization preferred) Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Experience with LMS platforms and data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is a plus. Culturally savvy and able to work effectively in a global enterprise with proficiency in spoken and written English This is a hybrid opportunity in Everett, Washington OR requires the ability to commute onsite multiple days, when necessary, with little notice
