Job Description Assist in the implementation of E&C’s goals and initiatives, as well as applicable local industry norms, local laws and codes. Assist in the communication of timely guidance and advice to all internal stakeholders including local management, sales & marketing teams, etc. on E&C-related matters, throughout all business units. Support implementation, UAT, training and roll-out of BD’s E&C tools and systems. Assist in the preparation of Compliance Committee materials. Keep appraised with local Laws and Codes affecting E&C-related matters. Review all HCP/HCO/GO transactions that are in scope. To assist with routine monitoring work. Conduct data analytics and dashboard related activities. Execute the Third-Party Compliance Program which consists of third-party due diligence, monitoring, training, and audit. Conduct discussions with stakeholders to align on BD’s expectations. Assist and work closely with Business to achieve common goals. Assist with all E&C related internal and external compliance trainings. Partner with business and other key stakeholders to promote ethical culture and drive the compliance program and agenda. Clear understanding and alignment with E&C goals and objectives. Assist in any other related E&C projects, assignments and initiatives. Why Join Us?
