Job Type: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Ethics & Integrity Officer will serve as the key leader responsible for maintaining, implementing, and managing the ethics and compliance program across all levels of our construction operations throughout our organization. This individual will oversee the continued efforts to promote a culture of ethical behavior, ensure compliance with applicable laws and union agreements, and support ethical decision-making in all areas of construction project delivery, procurement, labor relations, and environmental compliance.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Ethics, Law, Compliance, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or Master’s in Ethics or Compliance) is a plus.
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar designation preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, legal, or risk management, preferably within construction, industrial services, or coatings/painting industries.
  • Familiarity with industrial painting processes, OSHA/EPA regulations, and hazardous materials handling is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of New York State construction law, union labor practices, and public/private contracting requirements.
  • Proven experience managing ethics programs and conducting internal investigations.
