Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering Minimum 5+ years in Hydrocarbon Processing Industry  Capable of effectively collaborating across multidisciplinary functions and hierarchical levels, ranging from field operators to senior management, to ensure alignment of operational practices with strategic objectives. Deep understanding of process calculation (Equipment Sizing) Strong knowledge in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics applied to hydrocarbon processes. Familiarity with process modeling and optimization tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PipeFlow, EDR/HTRI, Instrucalc). Knowledge of emission control, decarbonization technologies, and energy efficiency best practices. Strong grounding in process safety (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL) Fluent in English skill both spoken & written Job Descriptions : Process Safety & Risk Management: Actively involved in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), HAZOP reviews, LOPA, and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) studies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational integrity. Chemical Engineering Fundamentals: Strong technical foundation in fluid mechanics, heat & mass transfer, and thermodynamics, applied to troubleshooting, process debottlenecking, and performance improvement. Hydrocarbon Process Expertise: Familiar with ethylene, refining, gas processing and petrochemical processes, including furnace, fractionation, centrifugal compressor, and utilities integration. Technical Presentation & Reporting: Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations, reports, and proposals for stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams. Operational Support & Optimization: Hands-on experience in plant operation monitoring, troubleshooting abnormal conditions, conducting energy index reviews, and supporting Real-Time Optimization (RTO) initiatives. Project & Modification Support: Contributed to process design packages (PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets), revamp studies, and technology evaluation for emission reduction and energy efficiency projects.
