SWEATER is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Etimad Portal Consultant to manage all aspects of our activities on the Etimad portal. This part-time freelance role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with the platform and can efficiently handle our government procurement processes with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Manage company registration, profile updates, and documentation on the Etimad platform. Identify and submit tenders, proposals, and relevant opportunities. Handle classification, bidding, and contract follow-ups. Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and correspondence through Etimad. Ensure compliance with government requirements and deadlines. Coordinate internally to gather necessary documents and approvals. Provide regular reports on submitted and awarded tenders. Proven experience using the Etimad platform (mandatory). Strong understanding of government tendering processes in Saudi Arabia. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Professional communication in Arabic (required) and English (preferred). Based in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to attend occasional on-site meetings if needed. Contract Type Freelance / Part-time (a few hours weekly, ongoing engagement) Remote with occasional in-person meetings
