QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• 3+ years of strong expertise in data management and integration in Guidewire software
• Proven experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with other cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions within the Guidewire DataMart.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement data integration and ETL processes using Azure cloud
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data platforms.
• Optimize data workflows and performance to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.
• Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
