QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical Expertise:
• 6+ years with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and data integration tools.
• 6+ years in development/architecture and data quality/ingestion within Azure.
• Data Skills:
• Experience with ETL programs, data modeling (UML), and Information Management principles.
• Analytical Skills:
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and resolve data cleanliness issues.
• Process Skills:
• Expertise in process decomposition, business process re-engineering, and enterprise architecture deliverables.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Business Intelligence:
• Implement and support BI solutions, develop query applications, and provide guided analysis and reporting.
• Data Management:
• Analyze data for cleanliness issues, fix corrupt data, and develop ETL programs for relational and multi-dimensional data stores.
• Automation & Monitoring:
• Automate data extraction, cleansing, and loading; implement monitoring and error notification processes.
• Reporting & Modeling:
• Generate research models, reports, and enterprise architecture deliverables (business, logical, physical models).
• Process Improvement:
• Conduct process decomposition, re-engineer business processes, and eliminate redundancies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work with stakeholders to document interface requirements and provide tools for data management.
