About the Position: CodeNinja is seeking an ETL Team Lead to oversee our data warehouse initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of ETL developers, ensuring quality and efficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Your expertise will help in designing ETL solutions that meet the ever-evolving data needs of our business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers to design and implement efficient ETL processes. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of ETL solutions while ensuring data quality and integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations. Drive process improvements and best practices for ETL development and data management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in ETL development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in ETL tools (such as Talend, Informatica, or Alteryx). Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and SQL. Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
