Job title: ETL Tech Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development and implementation of ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines to support our business intelligence and data warehousing initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead a team of ETL developers in designing and implementing ETL processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
• Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineers to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL technologies

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and implementation
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
