JOB TITLE: ETL TEST LEAD

Location: Newton, MA (100% Onsite – Local candidates preferred)

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced ETL Test Lead to oversee and coordinate onshore testing efforts across multiple teams. This role demands a strong technical foundation in ETL processes, leadership in managing cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience with automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in offshore coordination and be comfortable engaging in discussions across data, web, and mobile platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in ETL testing and data integration.
• Proven leadership in managing onsite teams and coordinating with offshore resources.
• Strong proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Python, Pytest).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M or Airflow.
• Exposure to web and mobile application architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications in ETL tools, cloud technologies, or automation frameworks.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivery and quality.
