We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ETL Tester to support a major data migration and validation initiative. This role will focus on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data processed through ETL pipelines, while contributing to overall test strategy and stakeholder communication.

• Oversee and manage testing efforts for ETL processes during data migration and framework transitions.
• Create and execute detailed test strategies, plans, and cases targeting data quality, validation, and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead or support automated testing frameworks using Python or equivalent tools.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues or pipeline defects to minimize operational disruptions.
• Mentor junior team members on ETL testing best practices.
• Review and improve test coverage, process efficiency, and documentation standards.
• Work closely with tools such as Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) and custom Python-based ETL frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in the test lifecycle and data assurance workflows.
