ETL TESTER (INSURANCE)

Experienced ETL Tester opportunity in the insurance industry, focused on finance systems and data validation. Leverage your SQL, ETL, and relational database skills in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Work on-site in Markham three days a week. Ideal for candidates with P&C insurance expertise and Agile experience.

• Analyze business and functional requirements specific to P&C insurance products including personal and commercial auto and property.
• Design and execute manual test cases for finance and insurance applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, backend, and UAT testing.
• Conduct API and backend testing to validate data integrity and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Identify and document defects using tools such as JIRA and work with development teams for resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support delivery timelines by adapting to project demands, including occasional extended work hours when required.
