Job Description: A strong focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently. Design, develop and execute comprehensive ETL test cases and SQL queries on large data sets based on business and technical requirement documents, prepare traceability matrix Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze test results to identify, document, track and report defects, where applicable collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution for them. Strong SQL skill for data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting is must Well versed with data warehousing concepts and architecture. Hands-on experience with test management and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS) Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (like Looker, Power BI) Familiarity with change management framework: Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with HSBC’s change management framework for testing.
