Manage an annual spend of €80M for Beverage Carton in EU, Africa, and the Middle East.
Develop and manage the strategy for the Category on a day-to-day basis, including a 3-year strategy for the regions.
Identify and lead or support bottom-line (tender, negotiation) and top-line (innovation, sustainability) projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of products and services.
Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Implement and oversee the delegation of authority process (DOA) and develop cost models to optimize sourcing strategies and achieve cost savings.
Lead and support innovation initiatives, develop business continuity plans, and monitor supplier performance.
Build and manage a stakeholder network across Danone, suppliers, and competitors, while driving the Packaging Transformation journey and monitoring financials.
