As we grow our presence in the US and European flight simulation markets, we are seeking a proactive and resourceful Flight Sim Business Development Manager to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in international marketing, event coordination, or partnership development.
  • Experience in the flight simulation, gaming, or hardware tech industry preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships across diverse markets.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and participating in offline events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different cultures and markets.
  • Proficiency in English (required); proficiency in local languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Business Development Manager with a focus on flight simulation, you will be instrumental in developing strategic partnerships, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and enhancing MOZA’s brand visibility across the aviation, gaming, and simulation industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential partners, including: influencers, media outlets, and flight sim content creators; flight simulation events and expos; aviation organizations, flight schools, airlines; and related hardware and gaming accessory companies.
  • Lead partnership negotiations and ensure alignment with MOZA’s strategic goals.
  • Maintain and grow long-term partnerships that drive brand awareness and revenue.
  • Track partnership performance and offer insights for future growth opportunities.

Event Strategy & Execution:

  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, expos, and community events in the flight sim and gaming spaces.
  • Represent MOZA at industry events, ensuring successful product promotion and building strong relationships with attendees, partners, and the flight simulation community.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to co-develop marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable success.
  • Manage event logistics, promotional material, and on-site branding efforts.

Brand Representation and Community Engagement:

  • Act as a BD manager for MOZA at various events and industry functions, pitching to potential partners such as flight sim events, aviation organizations, flight schools, airlines, and hardware manufacturers.
  • Engage with the flight simulation and gaming communities through partnerships, offline activities, and community events to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Ensure all external-facing activities align with MOZA’s brand standards and marketing objectives.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct research on regional and global flight sim trends to identify new partnership or marketing opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the product and marketing teams based on local market demands, customer preferences, and industry developments.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and the global marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing and partnership initiatives.
  • Assist with the localization of marketing messages and materials for target markets.
