• 5+ years of experience in supplier/customer management,

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree,

As a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, you will:

• Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Utilize the Mars framework and market category tools to create effective sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate Globally: Actively engage as a member of the Global Category Team, fostering strong relationships with category operational buying managers across regions.
• Contract Management: Develop and implement regional and global contracts, including Service Level Agreements that secure pricing, volume rebates, capacity, and service levels.
• Market Expertise: Build your sourcing category expertise to provide valuable market and financial insights that inform our operating plans.
