Job Summary: The EU Labeling & Product Notification Submission Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product labeling compliance and regulatory notification submissions across EU member states. This highly detail-oriented role ensures that all products are accurately labeled and properly registered prior to market entry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough label reviews across all product categories to ensure full compliance with EU labeling requirements (ingredients, allergens, nutrition declarations, claims, country of origin, etc.) Manage product notification submissions to EU member states across relevant portals and systems (e.g., CPNP for cosmetics, EFSA novel food notifications, national food supplement notification portals) Work on improving internal tools and optimize notification efficiency for existing and new products/ suppliers Maintain and manage an organized internal database of label versions, submission records, and approval statuses by market and product Collaborate closely with the EU Compliance Specialist and Sustainability Specialist to align labeling with regulatory and sustainability requirements Liaise with marketing, design, and product development teams to communicate labeling requirements early in the product lifecycle Ensure all product documentation (COAs, safety assessments, GMP records) is accurately filed and associated with the correct product notifications Support fulfillment center compliance by ensuring traceability documentation and labeling are aligned Track regulatory deadlines and renewal requirements for product notifications across all active EU member states Monitor evolving EU labeling legislation and update internal templates and SOPs accordingly Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in EU product labeling and regulatory submissions Hands-on experience with EU notification portals (e.g., CPNP, eProcedure, national supplement portals) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of products and submissions simultaneously Familiarity with EU labeling regulations including Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, EC No 1223/2009, and relevant supplement and novel food frameworks Proficiency in document management systems and compliance tracking tools Excellent organizational and communication skills; English fluency required, additional EU language(s) a strong asset Equipment Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field #LI-ME1 Staffing Agency Submission Notice iHerb does not accept unsolicited 3rd party ("Agency") candidates.
