Our ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing and recruiting skilled technicians for our rapidly growing operations.
Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for wind turbine technician positions. Your bilingual skills will be essential in connecting with Eastern European candidates, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the energy or technical sectors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English, Polish or another Eastern European language is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Operations & Project Teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and facilitate the selection process for wind turbine technician roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Eastern European communities to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and maintain candidate records.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
