Our ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing and recruiting skilled technicians for our rapidly growing operations.
Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for wind turbine technician positions. Your bilingual skills will be essential in connecting with Eastern European candidates, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the energy or technical sectors.
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Polish or another Eastern European language is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations & Project Teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and facilitate the selection process for wind turbine technician roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with Eastern European communities to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate pipelines.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and maintain candidate records.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
