We are looking for a dynamic and strategic EU Retail Marketing Manager to join our Central European team and drive the growth of our retail presence across European markets. What You’ll Do Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. Align retail initiatives with residential and corporate marketing strategies to ensure consistency across all channels. Promote and support countries’ retail activation plans, from campaign planning to execution and evaluation. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track results to continuously optimize ROI. Partner with local marketing teams to tailor campaigns to market insights and strengthen retail performance. Lead projects that connect global strategies with effective local execution. Location: This position is based in Huskvarna, Sweden or in Saint Ouen, France. In both locations we use an hybrid working model with at least 50% in office. Promouvoir et soutenir les plans d’activation retail des pays, de la planification des campagnes jusqu’à leur exécution et leur évaluation. Définir les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et assurer le suivi des résultats pour optimiser en continu le retour sur investissement (ROI). Collaborer avec les équipes marketing locales afin d’adapter les campagnes aux spécificités des marchés et de renforcer la performance retail. Piloter des projets reliant les stratégies globales à une exécution locale efficace. Localisation : Ce poste est basé à Huskvarna (Suède) ou à Saint-Ouen (France). Sur les deux sites, nous appliquons un modèle de travail hybride avec au moins 50 % de présence au bureau. Profil recherché : Vous disposez d’une expérience solide dans la stratégie et la mise en œuvre du marketing retail, idéalement dans un environnement multi-marchés. Vous aimez combiner la réflexion stratégique et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle. Vous possédez également : D’excellentes compétences en planification de campagnes, suivi de KPI et optimisation de la performance. Une expérience confirmée de la collaboration entre équipes et marchés, ainsi qu’un excellent sens de la communication et de la gestion des parties prenantes.
