This is a remote position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team. This role involves working closely with sales managers to qualify leads, manage prospecting efforts, and ensure a seamless sales operations process. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Qualify and triage inbound leads through discovery calls. • Develop and maintain coverage lists for use by Sales Managers and Marketing team alike • Execute targeted cold calls and email campaigns. • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings to maximise opportunity potential. • Manage customer inquiries and ensure smooth order processing. • Provide consistent communication with leads and customers across multiple regions. • Maintain CRM systems for accurate reporting and pipeline visibility. • Collaborate across departments to address post-sale concerns and follow-ups. • Support the sales team by preparing meeting materials and liaising with marketing.
