As an EUC Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier technical support and IT assistance to end users, ensuring seamless software troubleshooting and effective communication. Reporting to the IT Manager, your core skills in help desk operations and customer service will enhance user satisfaction. Your premium expertise in computer networking and desktop support, along with relevant knowledge of Microsoft Office and remote access software, will empower you to resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing issues, ensuring timely resolution of software and hardware problems.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, while utilizing remote access software as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests using BMC Remedy and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and communication skills, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Support desktop environments and manage user accounts through Active Directory.
