More than 5 years of experience and proven ability to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for multiple device types like:

• Desktop Devices, which include desktop PCs, engineering workstations, trader workstations, terminals, dedicated Azure Virtual Desktops etc
• Mobile Devices, which include iPhone/Android smartphones, tablets, laptops PCs, portable network devices, smartphones, and embedded devices, etc
• Customer owned and Bring Your Own Device

Strong Experience in:

• SCCM, Intune, & Windows OS Patching & Upgrades
• Provisioning, remote monitoring, and configuration of EUC devices as per the standard policies and procedures of customer EUC Environment
• Backup and restoration of EUC devices
• Configuration & Maintenance of EUC Asset details in customer ITSM tool
• Resolve Incidents, Service Requests, & Problems in EUC Devices and relevant software
• Desktop & Laptop OS basic config & troubleshooting, MS Office 365 basic configuration & troubleshooting, Active Directory basic config & troubleshooting
• Managing complete lifecycle of Incidents & Service Requests as per SLAs
• Ability to work in high pressure environment with multi-tasking and positive attitude
• Working with third-party Vendors to identify resolutions of Incidents & Problems
• ITSM Tools like Remedy & ServiceNow
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
