Where Cloud lives and AI thrives Job Description As our End User Computing (EUC) Engineer you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management and operational support of our EUC environment. Here you’ll ensure users have the necessary hardware, software, and support required to perform their roles. You’ll also be involved in maintaining the computing environment, managing endpoint devices and security, administering virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), while providing remote support as needed. Within this position, your scope will cover: Managing and maintaining client computing environments, including physical hardware and virtual desktops to optimise performance and uptime Providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues via remote and in-person assistance Responsible for delivering endpoint management, ensuring devices are properly configured, secure, and compliant with our policies Administer virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions Collaborate with IT support teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting end users Manage device imaging, software deployment, patching, and updates to maintain security and performance standards. Ensure proper documentation of hardware inventories, configurations, and support tickets to track assets and service history. Qualifications 5 years in support, maintenance and ongoing operations of End User Compute environments Proven experience in IT support, supporting remote and in-person workforces Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in desktop and domain administration are a plus. Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Your technical capability: Managing client computing environments across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.) Hardware troubleshooting, repair, and configuration Endpoint management and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platforms.
