The role focuses on resolving incidents escalated from L1, troubleshooting OS, application, network, and identity-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users. The engineer supports Windows endpoints, VDI environments, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications, while also maintaining device security, compliance, and user accessibility. L2 plays a critical role in incident triage, user support, basic deployment troubleshooting, compliance checks, and coordinating escalations to L3 when deeper analysis is required.
