JOB SUMMARY

The Euro Account Executive will play a vital role in supporting the sales efforts of the Hobby and Independent Sales Team. With a focus on managing and growing relationships across European accounts, driving business growth in Ireland, assisting sub-distributors and acting as a point of contact for H&I customers, this role combines account management, operational support, and proactive sales efforts.
The role is designed for someone eager to develop their skills in a fast-moving, customer-focused sales environment while contributing to the success of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized accounts across Europe, providing day-to-day support and helping them maximise sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with existing Irish retailers, generate new accounts within the market, and assist sub-distribution partners in achieving their goals
  • Operational Support
  • Assist with order processing, product availability updates, and stock management for assigned accounts
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring all queries relating to orders, deliveries, and account management are handled with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proactive Sales Engagement
  • Promote new products, marketing campaigns, or special promotions to customers, encouraging higher order frequency and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify underperforming accounts and establish recovery strategies
  • Territory Growth
  • Develop an understanding of the Irish sales market and contribute actively to growth within the region by identifying new partners and fostering long-term relationships
  • Cross-department Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that customer expectations align with company capabilities
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on account activity, customer trends, and market demands
