Duties and Responsibilities * Examine vehicles based on customer requests and concerns * Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections * Repair or replace worn and damaged components such as brakes, bearings, sensors, ignition parts, and fuel system components * Test systems and components to verify operation and assess vehicle condition * Use diagnostic equipment and service information to identify mechanical and electrical issues * Follow repair procedures and inspection checklists to ensure repairs are completed thoroughly and accurately * Determine proper repair strategies through research, diagnostics, and hands-on evaluation * Communicate findings and repair needs clearly with the service team * Complete repairs with a high level of quality, precision, and efficiency * Help ensure an outstanding service experience for every customer Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous automotive technician experience preferred * European brand experience is a plus * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Basic computer skills required * Vocational or technical school certification is a plus * Strong verbal communication skills * Detail oriented, organized, and thorough * Mechanically and analytically minded * Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted * Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Benefits Offered * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Retirement benefits * Employee discounts * Ongoing training and development opportunities Why Join Us This is an opportunity to work on a lineup that is anything but ordinary.
