Working as Europe Accounting Support – Accounts Payable, you will be processing invoices from suppliers for inventory purchases performed by our stores or purchasing groups. You will be responsible to communicate in AP matter with the suppliers in a timely and professional manner and work directly with all of our purchasing groups.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a specific group of supplier relationships and their invoices.
• Monitoring match exception errors related to supplier invoices.
• Reviewing and updating supplier statements.

FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Possess math aptitude and basic knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Reviewing and updating supplier statements.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities, and attention to detail.
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
