Job Description Your missions: As Regional Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Manager for Europe, you will lead the strategy that protects our people, communities, and planet. Reporting to the Global Head of SHE, you’ll shape regional programs across all industrial assets and offices in Europe, influencing senior leadership and embedding a culture of safety and sustainability. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on compliance, risk management, and cultural transformation. You’ll act as both advisor and hands-on leader, ensuring SHE excellence across diverse operations. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the regional SHE strategy, aligning global objectives with local needs. Advise senior leaders and chair regional committees to drive accountability. Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to SHE regulations across jurisdictions, manage permits, and lead risk assessments. Represent the company with regulators and authorities. Operational Excellence: Oversee SHE programs across sites, conduct safety walks, track corrective actions, and ensure emergency preparedness. Culture & People: Deliver training, communication campaigns, and leadership initiatives that embed safety and sustainability into daily operations. Sustainability: Lead initiatives to reduce environmental footprint, integrate sustainability into operations, and position the company as an industry leader. Data & Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver clear reports that translate performance into actionable insights. Qualifications Experiences: Required experience: around 10 years working in industrial sites with chemical risk, dust management in cereals, gas and oil or other equivalent risk. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills. Knowledge of planning, general design activities, project engineering, operations and maintenance. Experience with safety management systems. Fluent in German and English. Other languages will be considered an asset. Academics: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
