We’re seeking a skilled European Automotive Technician (B-Level) to join our growing team. Shop Location: D&R Autoworks – 1454 Old Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035 Shop Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain European vehicles using OEM-level tools and equipment. Perform high-quality work that meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure excellent customer service. Stay current with training and certifications to maintain technical expertise. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of hands-on experience with European vehicles. Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills. ASE Certification preferred (or equivalent). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation & Pay Structure: Flat Rate: $25 - $35/HR Bi-weekly Guarantee: 65 hours at base rate, if at least 80 hours are worked in the pay period. Strong ability to diagnose and perform heating & cooling services. Some ability to diagnose and repair electrical related issues. Some ability to diagnose and repair engine related issues. Previous experience and/or working knowledge of digital vehicle inspections. Have your own tools and a valid driver's license. Strong character & work ethic with a positive attitude.
